Update: 02.25.2010> |
Introduction We create the database of coefficient of preferential amplification/hybridization (CPA) and database of allele frequency (AF) for various ethnic populations (the African, Asian and Caucasian populations), SNP arrays (the Affymetrix GeneChip Human Mapping 100K and 500K Sets), and annotation versions (Years 2007 and 2008) for studies of pooled DNA analysis, population genetics, association mapping and chromosome aberration detection. The CPA/AF data queries and bulk data download are available. |
